Employee Benefits

Miracle is committed to provide their employees, a professional environment and an excellent benefit package. All full-time, salaried employees of Miracle are eligible for the following standard benefit package:

  • Medical Insurance Plan :  Miracle offers a comprehensive medical insurance PPO, with an indemnity dental and vision reimbursement program. 

  • Life Insurance Plan : Miracle provides a life insurance benefit which is equal to the annual salary of each employee up to $65k. Employee can also take dependent life insurance for an additional amount.

  • Disability Insurance : Miracle offers short term disability which provides salary continuance during the disabled time(up to 13 weeks) at the rate of 66 2/3% (up to $750) per week. Long Term Disability provides continuation at 66 2/3% (up to $750) after 14th week. 

  • Vacation : Employees are eligible to a vacation of upto two weeks per year. 

  • Holidays: Employees will get nine paid holidays each year as published annually by MSS. If your client has holidays other than these, you may make an alternative arrangement by using your vacation time, etc. 

  • Educational Assistance: Miracle reimburses employees 50% of the tuition fee for pre-approved, business related courses. Employees are eligible after six months of employment with Miracle. Employees are also eligible for attending training sessions offered by Miracle 

  • Referral Fee: Miracle offers a bonus for the consultants after 120 days for any referral resulting in a professional-level hire. Special referral bonus programs may be introduced from time-to-time. 

  • 401K Savings Plan: Miracle offers 401K plan for all the salaried employees. Deductions are made on a pretax basis. The portfolio offers a wide selection of funds for investment.
